Key Responsibilities
Provide frontline and expert-level support for customer inquiries and complex technical issues
Manage the technical pipeline by analyzing and escalating bugs and feature requests to relevant teams
Develop and maintain technical documentation and assist in quality assurance for escalated issues
Required Qualifications
Experience in technical support, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
Proven experience in quality assurance and bug reporting
Strong technical troubleshooting skills with an understanding of web applications and API integrations
Hands-on experience with third-party integrations such as Plaid or Stripe
Familiarity with modern support platforms like Zendesk or Salesforce Service Cloud
