Are you looking for a fast-paced, hands-on role where your work truly matters? At Milton CAT, our Order Fulfillment Associates are the heartbeat of our distribution operations. You'll be part of a motivated team that ensures our customers get the parts they need-accurately and on time. Work Hours : 9 : 00AM - 6 : 00PM

Pay Rate : $21.58 - $30.27 hour based on experience. This is a union position.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment across the warehouse, not just one station.

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
• Receive incoming merchandise and stock shelves.
• Use RF scanners and our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory.
• Occasionally assist walk-in or pick-up customers.
• Assemble hydraulic hoses using specialized tools.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
