We are looking for an accomplished Director of Marketing to lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies that amplify organizational goals, enhance visibility, and drive engagement. Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to support organizational objectives, including attendance, membership, and fundraising.
• Translate the organization’s vision into actionable and creative marketing initiatives.
• Supervise and mentor a collaborative team of marketing professionals and external contractors.
• Ensure consistency in brand voice and user experience across traditional, digital, and experiential marketing channels.
• Analyze campaign performance and audience engagement data to inform strategic decisions and improve outcomes.
• Build relationships with media outlets and oversee the creation of press releases, media kits, and event promotions.
• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and financial goals are met.
• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to align marketing efforts with organizational priorities.
• Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and accountability within the marketing team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 7 years of progressive experience in marketing leadership, ideally within nonprofits, museums, or cultural institutions.
• Proven expertise in developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, content strategy, and analytics; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, including public speaking.
• Demonstrated success in working with media outlets, creative agencies, and community partners.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
