Overview

We're seeking an experienced Data Architect to help organizations turn complex, disorganized information into structured, valuable insight. In this position, you will be responsible for crafting, implementing, and managing scalable data solutions that address challenging business requirements. This includes designing cloud-based architectures that maximize both performance and cost-effectiveness. A deep understanding of Snowflake is essential, as you'll be expected to optimize its use for diverse client environments.

Key Responsibilities

Develop complete data solutionsfrom conceptual design through production deployment.

Define and refine enterprise-level data strategies, architectures, and governance models.

Lead migration and integration initiatives, leveraging Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, and other Snowflake tools.

Partner with analytics and data science teams to enable AI / ML workflows, working with Snowpark, Python, and related technologies.

Architect and enhance data platforms hosted on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Provide strategic guidance to clients, running workshops, and sharing best practices for modern data architectures.

Continuously fine-tune deployments for optimal performance and cost savings.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in data architecture or engineering with hands-on Snowflake expertise, including schema design, tuning, Secure Data Sharing, cost optimization, and full lifecycle deployments.

Capable of diagnosing and resolving performance bottlenecks, managing warehouses, using clustering effectively, and applying resource optimization techniques.

Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Proficiency in SQL and Python.

Background in data modeling, integration, and governance.

Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Microstrategy.

Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Assets

SnowPro or other Snowflake certifications.

Cloud architecture certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Experience mentoring others and empowering clients to make informed, data-driven decisions.

Awareness of emerging trends such as data mesh architectures, real-time streaming, and event-driven systems.
