About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding the company's footprint, and delivering exceptional service throughout the settlement process. This role is pivotal in leveraging established relationships and requires a strong background in business development, particularly in the real estate sector. The Vice President of Sales will be expected to conduct and manage real estate closings, act as the central point of contact for clients and lenders, and ensure smooth, timely closings by coordinating with all involved parties. Additionally, the role involves representing the company at various events and consistently targeting and closing a set number of transactions per month. The ideal candidate for this position at the company will have an existing book of business in the specified states and should be comfortable with client interactions and managing the closing process. While the candidate may process their own files, it is not a requirement, as dedicated processing support is available. The role is suited for individuals who are motivated by a high-performance environment and are looking for a position that offers strong earning potential.
