Mission Objective

As an Entry-Level Direct Sales Representative, your mission is to :

Engage with local businesses face-to-face to provide supplemental insurance solutions that protect employees

Execute a structured, repeatable sales system with precision and discipline

Build trust-based relationships that create long-term results

Track, report, and analyze your performance to continuously improve

Follow direction from leadership while taking initiative to excel independently

This role is designed to develop your skills, knowledge, and leadership abilities , preparing you to advance into senior sales or trainer roles as you prove your capabilities.

Operational Details

Role Type : Full-Time Independent Contractor

Work Location : Remote, with in-person B2B field operations in your community

Schedule : MondayFriday, with occasional weekends as needed

Compensation : $65,000$85,000 annually (starting weekly draw, transitioning to uncapped commissions and performance bonuses)

Key Responsibilities

Conduct direct B2B sales with discipline, focus, and professionalism

Identify opportunities, execute the sales process, and close deals with precision

Maintain accurate records, performance metrics, and activity logs

Uphold standards of reliability, punctuality, and accountability in all actions

Train, learn, and adapt continuously to improve your results and effectiveness

Contribute to a team culture of high standards, healthy competition, and mutual support

Candidate Profile

Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven

Comfortable executing independently while following structured systems

Coachable, resilient, and able to handle challenges with focus

Strong communicator with professional presence and integrity

No prior sales experience required; drive and accountability are mandatory
