Profiles will include location, number of beds, patient rations, and other unique details to assist recruiting professional in effectively and efficiently identifying highly qualified staff. Below you will find a data collection tool to help you identify essential data needed to complete your profile. I have also included a sample of a completed profile for your reference. Please utilize the formatting Data Collection : Unit Information : (insert name) Location : Riverside Community Hospital Address : 4445 Magnolia Avenue Floor : Imaging Building : Main General Information Tell us about the unit(s) : Number of Beds - Number of Staff Type of staff : o Day Shift (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) o Night Shift - Patient Ratios Type of equipment - EMR - Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for : (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
