Warehouse Specialist

Warehouse Specialist will oversee activities within the inventory warehouse organization related to ordering, receiving, storing, and distributing materials, equipment, merchandise, supplies, and products. Candidate will be responsible for ensuring that inventory records are accurate at all times by performing daily or weekly counts of all products in inventory. Inventory specialist role requires exceptional organizational skillset along with ability to work cross-functionally in all areas of inventory, supply chain and operations.

Essential Responsibilities

• Support and complete timely work order management in SAP with operation confirmation and coordinate with shipping / logistics
• Review COGI and backflush errors and work with inventory team for problem solving and corrective actions to maintain inventory accuracy
• Review open TO confirmations and work with inventory team for corrective actions
• Review LL01 monitor and work with team for problem solving and corrective actions
• Implement and maintain cycle counting program
• MMRD (new parts) material maintenance
• Improve and maintain material master accuracy for inventory data
• MTD submittal and follow up
• Work with inventory team to minimize dummy location put-away
• Support / Lead physical inventory
• Update standard inventory operating procedures
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement with inventory team
• Participate in lean / kaizen events as required
• SAP training for new employees
• Support inventory operations as needed
• Support inventory team for any troubleshooting for SAP issues
• Other duties as assigned
