Key Responsibilities
Own merchant onboarding and post-sale quality support
Audit and update menus of Merchants in the Large Order Program to ensure quality standards
Assess price inflation among Merchants to maintain competitive pricing
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in customer support, operations, or account management
Ability to prioritize varying tasks effectively
Demonstrated adaptability to changing priorities and environments
Critical thinking skills to evaluate and resolve unique situations
Comfortable with varying levels of ambiguity
