Solaris Healthcare Charlotte Harbor is now hiring for afternoon CNA's. We are looking for caring and compassionate individuals to provide outstanding care to our residents each and every day. SolarisHealthCare Charlotte Harbor is a 180-bed Skilled Nursing Facility in PortCharlotte Florida.

We are now hiring full-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and part-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) that are committed to providing the best life and care for our residents. We offer a unique staffing structure with incentives. If you are looking forward to becoming a part of a dynamic team, we would love to meet you!

Some of your Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Responsibilities include :

  • Assisting residents with ADLs, and work with the team to ensure appropriate resident care is provided
  • Assisting at meals
  • Following infection control and center policies
  • Measuring and recording heights and weights temperatures, pulses, respirations and blood pressures (TPRs and B / P) as instructed
  • Reports all changes in residents' condition to supervisor as soon as practical

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) QUALIFICATIONS :

  • CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) Certification by the State
  • High School Diploma or GED Preferred
  • Experience preferred, not required
