We are hiring an HVAC Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance on residential HVAC systems while learning the trade and providing outstanding customer service.

Position : HVAC Maintenance Technician

Pay : $17.00 - $23.50 per hour + spiffs

Work Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm with a rotating on call schedule

What You'll Be Doing :

Assist in performing routine maintenance on residential HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.

Learn how to inspect, clean, and replace filters, coils, and other essential components.

Support senior technicians in diagnosing and troubleshooting minor HVAC issues.

Document maintenance tasks and communicate findings with customers and team members.

Follow safety procedures and company guidelines while working on job sites.

Participate in company-provided training to develop your technical skills and knowledge.

What We're Looking For :

1-2 years of HVAC experience, preferred

Completion of a trade school or technical training program

Motivation to grow into a skilled HVAC service technician.

Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Great communication and customer service skills.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

EPA certification is a plus, but not required.
