The Field Supervisor will oversee day-to-day construction activities on high-end custom home projects throughout South Florida, ensuring work is delivered on schedule, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role serves as the on-site leader, coordinating trades, enforcing safety, and maintaining clear communication between the field and office teams.

Description

Supervise all on-site construction activities for custom home projects from start through completion

Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and inspections

Ensure projects adhere to plans, specifications, schedules, and safety standards

Maintain daily site reports, schedules, and quality control checklists

Proactively identify and resolve field issues to avoid delays or cost overruns

Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and ownership

Profile

Proven experience supervising custom home construction projects in South Florida

Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, sequencing, and local building codes

Hands-on leadership style with the ability to manage multiple trades on active job sites

Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and client satisfaction

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients
