Location : Salinas, CA

Pay : $55 - $60 / hour

My client is a new, state-of-the-art imaging center committed to providing compassionate care and high-quality diagnostic imaging services to the community. As they open their doors, they are looking for a skilled and motivated CT Technologist to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to be the first CT Technologist in their center and help shape patient care standards and daily operations.

The CT Technologist will perform a variety of CT imaging procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a patient-focused approach. As their first CT Technologist, you will also contribute to setting up best practices, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and collaborating closely with leadership to support a positive patient and team experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans in accordance with established protocols and physician instructions.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and care throughout imaging procedures.
• Operate and maintain CT equipment, troubleshooting as needed.
• Position patients and select appropriate imaging techniques to achieve optimal diagnostic results.
• Practice radiation safety and infection control standards at all times.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation within the imaging system.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff to ensure high-quality imaging and efficient workflow.
• Assist with developing policies, procedures, and workflows for CT services as the center grows.
• Support accreditation and compliance with all regulatory requirements (ACR, HIPAA, OSHA, etc.).
