- Training for this position will last approximately 90 days
Position Description :
Performs specific duties that will allow individual to progress in completion of summative assessment, learning tools, and application of skill / ability to complete processing of trimming to product specification.

Requirements :
Able to work overtime and weekends as needed.Preferred Experience / Skillset :
Able to speak English preferred.Meat trimming or butchering experience.Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and USDA regulations preferred.Physical Requirements :
Able to lift / push / pull product more than 30 pounds occasionally.100% of day spent on work floor standing and trimming.100% of day spent in temperatures of 40 to 45 degreesBenefits for this role include : medical, vision, dental and 10 PTO days in 1st 12 months of employment
