Certified Coding Director

A company is looking for a Director, Coding.

Key Responsibilities

Manage client SLAs and departmental KPIs to ensure targets are achieved

Oversee employee performance management and enforce standard operating procedures across the coding function

Drive process improvement in coding service delivery and collaborate with other RCM functional areas

Required Qualifications

AAPC or AHIMA certification required (CPC, CPC-H, CCS, or CCS-P)

Over seven years of medical coding, billing, and management experience preferred

Experience in anesthesia / surgical coding preferred

Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows, and Excel
