Quality Control Manager II

About The Role :

• Ensure accurate sample collection and quality control testing are performed for each manufacturing facility.
• Provides verbal findings and written test results to management and production staff in a timely manner.
• Assists Sales Manager with customer service issues as directed.
• Certifies results of laboratory findings as needed.
• Supervises the Technicians across all sites.
• Ensures timely reporting of results, communication with Operations and entry of data into Quadrel.
