Position Overview and Requirements

The Registered Nurse will take the lead in planning, organizing, administering, and evaluating patient care in compliance with the NH Nurse Practice Act and prevailing nursing standards. Float Pool staff are versatile, working in multiple units such as ICU, Emergency Department, Intermediate Care, and Medical / Surgical Units. Scheduling will be handled in accordance with facility policies, requiring attendance at mandatory training and educational sessions.
