About the Team

Little Tykes provides comprehensive wrap around services for children ages 3-5 and their families. Services are provided in a structured, safe, secure, nurturing environment led by mental health professionals. In Group Therapy the children learn to express and manage their emotions so that they will have healthier functioning in other areas of life including home, community, and school. Support services such as family therapy and caregiver group therapy by staff help parents to understand their children and to master relationship and communication skills to help their child develop into happy, healthy children.

As a Clinician in the Little Tykes Program, you’ll provide early childhood mental health services to young children and their families, many of whom have experienced complex trauma. This role is ideal for providers passionate about early intervention, family work, and working within a team-based, therapeutic preschool environment.

What You’ll Do

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to children ages 3–5 and their caregivers
• Lead an interdisciplinary team in the therapeutic preschool program
• Conduct mental health assessments and develop treatment plans
• Support families through parent training, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed care
• Participate in regular supervision and team collaboration

Good To Know

Clinician I : $60,000 to $81,179

Signing Bonus :

(Two-year employment commitment required)
