We have committed to achieving net zero by 2040.To learn more about how we can supercharge progress for you, visit www.hcltech.com Job Title / Role- ERP Delivery Manager Remote / hybrid / onsite - Remote Job Summary : Mandatory Skills : Infor / Lawson experience is must along with health domain Proven experience (typically 7-10+ years) in IT delivery, project, or program management, with a focus on large-scale ERP implementations (e.g., SAP S / 4HANA, Oracle Cloud ERP). Strong understanding of core ERP functional areas (e.g., Finance, HR, Supply Chain). Stakeholder Management & Communication Stakeholder Alignment : Act as the primary liaison between the project team, business units, and executive stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives, milestones, and status. Client Relationship : Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients / customers, managing expectations and ensuring delivery outcomes meet contractual and business requirements. Reporting : Establish and implement an effective reporting cycle, providing transparent, high-quality progress reports on performance, budget burn, and KPIs to leadership.
