Summary :

Our award-winning client is seeking an EHS Manager to join their team. Join our team as an EHS Manager and play a pivotal role in building a best-in-class safety culture and ensuring environmental compliance.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement safety programs to achieve our strategic vision and reduce workplace risks.
  • Maintain meticulous records and reports, ensuring adherence to all EHS regulations (OSHA, EPA, etc.).
  • Deliver engaging safety training programs for all employees, fostering a proactive approach to accident prevention.
  • Champion a positive safety culture through leadership and influence across all departments.
  • Manage programs like emergency response, respiratory protection, and hearing conservation.

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment (food industry a plus).
  • Strong understanding of OSHA, EPA, and other EHS regulations.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and influence others to embrace safety best practices.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
