Competitive Pay :

• $65,000 - $70,000 / year + Credit for experience Schedule :  Monday - Friday, 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm | On Call Required | Occasional weekends, evenings and holidays as needed Supportive Team :   We value our caregivers as much as our residents Quick Hiring :   Apply today and hear back within 48 hours What You'll Do : Oversee all health and wellness services for residents Ensure compliance with Assisted Living License regulations Supervise nursing and direct care staff, including hiring, training, and evaluations Perform resident assessments, care planning, and medication oversight Coordinate with physicians, families, and case workers regarding care plans and changes Be available for emergencies and staff support via phone / on-call Maintain and update resident records, policies, procedures, and training manuals Demonstrate flexibility and be willing to support daily floor operations as needed What You'll Need : Active RN or LVN license in the State of Texas At least 7 years of senior living experience required Leadership and supervisory experience in Memory Care or Assisted Living.  Sensitivity and strong communication skills for working with residents and families Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and evenings, along with stepping onto the floor to provide coverage and support when necessary.  Valid driver’s license Benefits Available to You : Medical, dental and vision insurance  Health Savings & Flexible Spending Accounts  Life / AD&D Insurance   Short- & Long-Term Disability   Accident, Cancer, Critical Illness, & Hospital Indemnity Insurance   Employee Assistance Program  Perks at Work Discount Program  To apply, please complete the required questionnaire.
