Primary Duties And Responsibilities :

• Developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements.
• Assist in the preparation / review of financial statements and ensure compliance with GAAP.
• Directly oversee and support the General Accounting and Treasury team functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
• Oversee and manage the monthly close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Review reconciliations, and other financial activities' accuracy.
• Identify and implement process improvements within the finance department.
• Respond to inquiries from various financial managers and support special reporting requests.
• Implement relevant financial KPIs across finance departments.
• Manage cash flow forecasting and ensure model accuracy.
• Support of corporate taxation initiatives and compliance within the various legislative tax bodies.
• Lead internal and external audits, and client audits.
• Actively participate in automation and process improvement initiatives.
