What You’ll Do :

Serve as a Charge Nurse, coordinating care for residents during evening shifts

Mentor and support nursing staff to ensure safe, high-quality care

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain compliance with long-term care regulations

Promote resident well-being through attentive, compassionate care

Qualifications :

Current Iowa RN license (or ability to activate quickly)

CPR certification

Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations preferred
