A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with treating physicians / providers to develop and implement treatment plans for injured / disabled individuals
Assess recovery progress and modify case goals based on treatment effectiveness
Independently manage workload, prioritizing cases and preparing status updates for customers
Required Qualifications
Education : Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
Experience : 2+ years of clinical practice preferred, with workers' compensation-related experience preferred
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing required
URAC-recognized certification in case management (e.g., CCM, CDMS, CRC) required
Reliable internet access is required
