DATA ENTRY CLERK

Location : North Richland Hills, TX | Onsite

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

  • $18 / hour
  • Monday–Friday | 7 : 00am–3 : 30pm
  • Contract, W2

ROLE IMPACTL This role supports an educational institution by maintaining precise and confidential student attendance and record data. The Data Entry Clerk ensures information accuracy across multiple systems, collaborates with staff to verify student records, and contributes to a smooth administrative workflow critical to daily operations. Success in this role is defined by consistency, accuracy, and the ability to manage time-sensitive data efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Enter, update, and verify student attendance and academic data in district systems
  • Coordinate with teachers and administrative staff to ensure accurate reporting
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in attendance or data submissions
  • Prepare summaries, correspondence, and standard documentation for review by administrators
  • Provide clerical support such as handling calls, organizing files, and scheduling meetings

    • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of clerical or data entry experience (experience with student records preferred)
  • Proficiency with general office equipment and database software
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy under tight deadlines
