Loyalty Program Manager

A company is looking for a Loyalty Build & Integration Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Lead projects to launch loyalty capabilities, overseeing specific phases or the entire project

Define the scope and objectives of loyalty projects and develop business requirements with the Product Manager

Act as the Product Owner in an Agile framework, providing direction to IT Teams based on business needs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma minimum required

6+ years of project management experience (8+ years in lieu of a degree) required

Experience with Agile project framework, including defining user stories and prioritizing backlog required

Experience serving as Product Owner required

Hands-on experience with JIRA required
