Python Developer - $90 / hr Remote - Alignerr

Location : Remote

At Alignerr, we partner with the world’s leading AI research teams and labs to build and train cutting‑edge AI models.

Organization : Alignerr Position : Python Developer Type : Hourly Contract Compensation : $60–$90 / hour Location : Remote Commitment : 10–40 hours / week

Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)

Review and evaluate AI‑generated Python code for correctness, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.

Solve complex algorithmic challenges and develop high‑quality Python solutions.

Provide clear, human‑readable explanations for code logic and problem‑solving strategies.

Identify and flag edge cases, bugs, or ambiguities in AI responses.

Requirements

Bachelor's or better in Computer Science or a related technical field.

Deep expertise in Python, including modern frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI) and advanced language features.

3‑5+ years of professional experience writing production‑level Python code.

Exceptional written communication skills to explain abstract technical concepts.

Preferred

Prior experience with data annotation, RLHF, or evaluation systems.
