Responsibilities

• We are seeking a Process Lead who will be responsible for managing projects and staff across the Advanced Manufacturing sector in the following;
• Subject Matter expertise in the following areas : process systems, process-mechanical, Bulk Gas delivery and PSSS (VHP / Gas / Chemical), Industrial Waste lift, collection and treatment, and UPW (make-up, primary, and polish loop) systems
• Project manage from kickoff to programming, schematic design, and construction administration up to project close-out.
• Directly support our clients by providing technical expertise in the execution of complicated, multi-discipline, multi-stakeholder, and fast track projects.
• Assist in managing the Process Engineering staff;
• Generate and track project delivery schedule;
• Tracking budgets throughout the design;
• Perform analysis and design of advanced manufacturing buildings / projects;
• Facilitate the design of engineering plans from preliminary through construction phases;
• Technical writing for engineering studies, Basis of Design documents, and narratives for non-technical audience explaining engineering concepts to facilitate decision-making;
• Review and produce plans and specifications for compliance with industry codes, standards, and guidelines;
• Communicate and coordinate with clients, multi-discipline teams, contractors and government agency personnel;
• Ability to perform design verification site walks and construction field validation;
• Travel required, up to 10%;
• Ability to pass a security clearance;
• Willingness to work on the client site.
