Location

This is primarily an on-site role in New Orleans LA with flexible remote work as needed .

Note

Must have 10 years of commercial litigation experience strong real estate and contract litigation exposure and experience with Louisiana law .

Job Description

  • Lead commercial litigation matters involving contracts real estate disputes business conflicts and related commercial issues.
  • Develop litigation strategy from initial assessment through trial or resolution.
  • Draft and argue motions attend hearings conduct depositions and manage all phases of discovery.
  • Counsel clients on risk exposure resolution strategies and case valuation.
  • Mentor junior attorneys and collaborate with senior partners on high-stakes cases.
  • Work closely with clients experts and stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

    • Qualifications

  • 10 years of commercial litigation experience (real estate and contract litigation strongly preferred).
  • Licensed in Louisiana or deep experience working with Louisiana law.
  • Strong courtroom motion practice deposition and trial-preparation skills.
  • Ability to manage complex litigation independently and interact with sophisticated clients.
  • Exceptional writing communication and analytical skills.
