Operations Program Manager

A globally leading consumer device company based in Austin, TX is looking for a process-minded Program Manager to streamline and improve how Hardware Engineering plans and manages headcount, labor, and workspace needs. You’ll build scalable processes, improve forecasting accuracy, and partner across teams to ensure resources and space align with business demand. Primary Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain headcount, labor, and space forecasting models.
• Identify process gaps and implement efficient, repeatable workflows.
• Lead cross-functional projects, driving timelines, coordination, and delivery.
• Analyze workforce and space data to produce clear recommendations.
• Build dashboards and reports that support day-to-day operational planning. Minimum Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of program management experience
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder operational programs.
• Strong process improvement and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with data and business intelligence tools. Preferred Qualifications :
• Experience in Real Estate, Workplace Strategy, or Headcount / Labor Planning.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker). Type : Contract Duration : 12 months with extension Work Location : Austin, TX (hybrid) Pay rate : $59.00 - $74.00 (DOE)
