Insurance Program Manager

A company is looking for an Insurance Program Manager to design and manage commercial property / casualty insurance and self-insurance programs.

Key Responsibilities

Design and administer commercial property / casualty insurance and self-insurance programs

Assist in risk identification, evaluation, and mitigation efforts with university leadership and risk managers

Advocate for favorable insurance requirements in contract reviews and ensure alignment with contractual obligations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

6+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

Prior commercial insurance or risk management experience is required

Insurance designation(s) such as CPCU, ARM, AU, etc., are preferred

Thorough working knowledge of insurance policy forms, coverage, and underwriting practices
