Your Role as a CNA :

You’ll play an essential part in enhancing residents’ comfort, safety, and quality of life by :

Providing Personalized Care : Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meals while respecting each resident’s dignity.

Promoting Comfort & Safety : Monitoring residents’ physical and emotional well-being and responding to changes with care and attentiveness.

Fostering Connections : Building meaningful relationships with residents and families, creating trust and a true sense of belonging.

Maintaining Cleanliness : Ensuring residents’ rooms and common areas are clean, organized, and sanitary.

Accurate Documentation : Recording and reporting changes in residents’ conditions and care plans to support effective teamwork.

Collaborating with the Team : Working alongside nurses and healthcare staff to deliver individualized, holistic care.

Enhancing Quality of Life : Engaging residents in activities that support physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Qualifications :

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of Florida.

A passion for delivering compassionate, respectful care.

Dedication to maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
