What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Lead structured discovery sessions with Finance, Sales, and Engineering teams

    • Translate business needs into clear, outcome-driven product requirements

  • Manage large-scale product backlogs and prioritize based on business impact
  • Partner with data engineering and analytics teams to deliver scalable data products
  • Ensure product releases meet quality standards and deliver intended outcomes

    • What is Required (Qualifications)

  • 8-10 years of hands‑on experience as a Business Analyst supporting product management teams
  • Proven experience handling large‑scale complex product launches with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong expertise in financial planning, reporting systems, and operational process analysis
  • Exceptional skills in JIRA for project management and backlog grooming
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Accounting, Business, or a related field

    • How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience with Anaplan is a strong plus
  • Demonstrable professional maturity in leadership communication
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain effective business partner relationships
