Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our client’s software team based in Tempe, AZ. This is hybrid role that blends business analysis, solution design and hands on collaboration with developers and stakeholders. You’ll help shape the design and direction of enterprise software applications and work closely with both technical and business teams to deliver impactful results.

This position is great for someone who enjoys being involved in every stage of the project lifecycle. You’ll work with business users to gather requirements, help design smart and scalable solutions, and ensure the final product meets both technical and business goals. The team is collaborative, fast paced, and values people who take ownership of their work.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working with enterprise software
• Strong understanding of SDLC and software design principles
• Experience identifying business gaps and designing practical solutions
• Comfortable working with tools like Azure DevOps, SharePoint, and MS Project
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
