Job Details

Skills & Experience :

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in heavy civil construction

Strong leadership and organizational skills with a proven ability to meet schedules and budgets

Proficiency in Hard Dollar estimating software, Vista by Viewpoint ERP, and HCSS applications preferred

Strong communication skills with experience interfacing with clients, unions, and subcontractors

Responsibilities :

Oversee all phases of assigned construction projects to ensure completion on schedule and within budget

Coordinate and supervise project personnel, subcontractors, and field operations

Review and approve purchase requisitions, change requests, and personnel transactions

Maintain accurate project logs and documentation to track progress and compliance

Ensure adherence to company policies, client standards, and safety regulations

Promote a culture of safety and compliance with all OSHA and environmental standards
