Working knowledge of building systems : electrical plumbing HVAC and appliances. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environmental conditions. Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Strong communication and time management skills. Must pass background and drug screening. Must be able to provide proof of valid vehicle insurance. Position Summary : We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team and support daily operations at our apartment communities. This role is vital in maintaining the propertys physical integrity and ensuring a safe comfortable and well-maintained environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities :
- Diagnose and complete work orders for HVAC plumbing electrical and appliance repairs.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including painting drywall repair and minor carpentry.
- Complete apartment turnovers and make-ready tasks.
- Ensure grounds common areas and amenities are clean and functional.
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
