Today Cleaners is looking for full-time Team Members to join our close-knit team. We are a 4th generation, family owned and operated the company with a great reputation in our local market. Today Cleaners is an industry leader in dry-cleaning & laundry services. The successful Team Member will have a friendly demeanor, will build rapport with customers to help solve their problems, and be a multi-tasker. The successful Team Member that becomes a part of our growing team will be responsible for the following :

Responsibilities for Team Members

Greet all incoming customers with enthusiasm and courtesy

Duties include the use of Point of Sale computer system, inspecting and bagging orders, racking and hanging clothes, marking-in orders and maintaining the cleanliness of the store

Operate steam pressing machines to remove wrinkles from garments

Working with your team to deliver same day dry-cleaning & laundry services for our customers

Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications for Team Members

Experience working in a fast-paced, customer service focused environment

Must be able to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays

Excellent attention to detail with the ability to handle client's garment with care

Ability to get to different locations, locally, via transit or personal transportation as scheduled

Experience handling money and financial transactions

Previous industry experience preferred but not required.

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but is not required

We maintain a drug - free workplace and perform pre-employment substance abuse testing.
