The Opportunity

We are urgently seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide consistent PRN help.

What You Will Do

Complete physical therapy evaluations and screenings

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support recovery and mobility

Provide therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve strength, coordination, and balance

Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust care plans as needed

Duties as assigned

What You Must Have

Active  Physical Therapist license  in the state in which we operate (Required)
