We’re looking for a developer with the skills needed to build new services from vision to production-ready systems.

We need a SharePoint Developer with extensive experience in out-of-the-box SharePoint development and configuration. You will create engaging customer experiences using front-end development technologies that leverage the Modern Experience in SharePoint and SharePoint Online. You'll make use of everything that the Power Platform has to offer as you transform how customers interact in a digital environment. You’ll work on projects that meet challenges in the DoD, collaborating with your team to build automated business processes and sites in SharePoint and Microsoft 365 with user-centric design. You'll apply your expertise in web development best practices to ensure accessibility for all users by developing a front-end that functions across browsers, platforms, and devices while meeting accessibility and security requirements.

You Have :

5+ years of experience with SharePoint administration, custom development, and architecture

5+ years of experience building out-of-the-box SharePoint solutions using Power Platform

Experience with Microsoft SharePoint 2016 through 2019 and Office 365 platforms, including administration and development of SharePoint sites, sub-sites, libraries, and lists and maintenance of SharePoint-based enterprise solutions

Experience crafting custom Microsoft 365 tools and capabilities, including Power Automate flows, Power Apps, and Power BI visualizations in Microsoft 365

Experience promoting knowledge-sharing through the organization's operational business processes and systems by strengthening links between knowledge-sharing and the information systems and improving integration among information systems in the organization to facilitate seamless exchange of information across systems

Ability to translate client, stakeholder, and end user’s needs and requirements and recommend actionable solutions

Ability to work with web development tools and languages such as JavaScript, HTML, or CSS

Secret clearance

HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have :

Experience as a Microsoft 365 Administrator

Ability to work on SharePoint migration and with SharePoint governance

TS / SCI clearance

Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
