Job Summary: The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions. This position will be responsible for a variety of HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring. Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. Address employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution.Performance Management:
Assist in the development and implementation of performance management programs. Support managers in conducting performance reviews and setting goals.Compliance:
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.Training and Development:
Coordinate and facilitate training programs for employees. Identify training needs and develop training materials.Benefits Administration:
Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs. Provide information and support to employees regarding benefits.HR Projects:
Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and programs. Collaborate with other departments to support company goals and objectives.Qualifications:
