We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Palmetto Care Center, located in Hialeah, Florida. Responsibilities :

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as eating, walking, and mobility
• Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to nursing staff
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Perform other duties as assigned by the nursing staff
