RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS :
- Mid-senior level opportunity for a Tax Associate Attorney
- The candidate should have a strong transactional background.
- Ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high quality work product and service to our clients.
- Reviewing and editing agreements with clients and third parties
- Assessing and advising on client and business conflicts
- Responding to discovery requests
- Ideal candidate would be familiar with ethics rules and be willing to take on a variety of tasks with significant responsibility and have excellent analytical, interpersonal, writing and presentation skills.
- Candidates must have a high level of academic achievement from an accredited law school and be admitted to the Texas Bar.
