• We are hiring immediately for full time PATIENT DINING ASSOCIATE (DIETARY AIDE) positions.
• Location : VCUHS - 1250 East Marshall Street, Richmond, VA 23298. Note : online applications accepted only.
• Schedule : Full time schedule; days may vary, 7 : 00 am to 7 : 00 pm. Rotating weekends. 12-hour shifts. More details upon interview.
• Requirement : Prior patient dining experience is preferred; food service or customer service experience is required.
• Perks : $500 sign-on bonus, sign-on bonus paid out as 1 / 2 at 30 days, 1 / 2 at 90 days +1 / hr Sat / Sun!
• Pay Range : $15.30 per hour to $15.40 per hour.

Job Summary

Patient Dining Associates work on assigned units in a healthcare facility, and provide services that include helping patients make menu selections, assemble, deliver and pick-up their meal trays. They are part of the caregiving team, responsible for patient safety and satisfaction goals by making sure meals are accurate and delivered at the right time and temperature.
