Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Radiation Therapist to provide exceptional patient care in a leading children's hospital. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering radiation therapy, ensuring patient safety, and collaborating effectively with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Administer radiation treatments to patients per prescribed therapy plans.
• Ensure accuracy and safety in treatment delivery with appropriate use of equipment.
• Monitor patients for side effects and provide patient and family education regarding treatment.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient treatments and responses.
• Collaborate with oncologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Current ARRT R and BLS certification required.
• Valid state license in hand (Compact license preferred).
