JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking a Field Service Technician for a client in the Huntsville, AL area. This role is responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining beverage dispensing and refrigeration equipment at customer locations. The technician will ensure proper functionality of equipment, provide preventative maintenance, and deliver excellent customer service in support of business operations.

Responsibilities of an Equipment Service Technician include :

• Diagnose, repair, and install equipment such as fountain machines, coolers, and vending machines.
• Perform preventative maintenance and keep all equipment in safe, proper operating condition.
• Prepare and test equipment in accordance with company standards before and after installation.
• Maintain accurate inventory of parts and document all service activities.
• Keep work area clean, safe, and organized.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Communicate service updates, account issues, or opportunities to supervisor / account manager.
