A company is looking for a Payroll and Benefits Specialist to join their finance team responsible for global payroll and benefits program administration.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the transition of payroll and benefits administration from a PEO to the company
Process biweekly payroll, maintain payroll records, and ensure compliance with wage and hour laws
Administer employee benefit programs and assist with compliance and reporting for payroll and benefits
Required Qualifications
3-6 years of accounting or finance experience, including payroll and benefits administration
Experience with Workday and prior PEO-to-in-house conversion is preferred
In-depth knowledge of payroll processes and compliance requirements
Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is preferred
