A Taco Bell "Service Champion" is a frontline employee primarily responsible for providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment, including greeting customers, taking orders, handling payments, ensuring food quality, and maintaining a clean work area, essentially acting as the face of Taco Bell to customers at the register or drive-thru.

Key responsibilities of a Taco Bell Service Champion:

• Customer interaction: Greeting customers, taking orders accurately, and processing payments.

• Order fulfillment: Assembling food orders, checking for accuracy, and packaging products.

• Cash handling: Operating the register, handling cash transactions, and ensuring correct change is given.

• Maintaining cleanliness: Keeping the restaurant clean and organized, including the dining area and workstations.

• Food safety: Adhering to food safety standards when preparing and serving food.

• Teamwork: Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operations.

• Positive attitude: Providing a friendly and welcoming experience for customers

• Fast-paced environment: Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure

• Communication skills: Clearly communicating with customers and fellow team members

Basic math skills: Accurately handling cash transactions
