We are currently seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team in our Raleigh, NC corporate office. The Procurement Specialist is responsible for performing activities related to procurement and supporting the organization operations.
Education and Experience:
Accepted: Associate degree in business administration or an equivalent combination of relevant education and three years of procurement or purchasing roles.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field and one year of procurement or purchasing roles.

Ability to communicate, receive, and transfer written, oral, and electronic information effectively. Computer skills including Microsoft applications: Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience with accounting systems preferred. Ability to analyze, organize, file and distribute information. Ability to establish vendor relationships to benefit ECMHSP. Familiarity with federal regulations.
