Engineering Manager, Data Engineering

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Data Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a team of 3-6 data engineers, focusing on career coaching and technical mentorship

Facilitate communication between finance, product, and data science teams to standardize business logic

Oversee the reliability of data pipelines for client billing and ensure data integrity in the Snowflake environment

Required Qualifications

7+ years of data engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

Experience in building high-reliability systems, particularly in billing or regulated environments

Proven ability to transform complex data into reliable data products

Strong SQL skills and familiarity with modern data stack technologies like Snowflake, dbt, and Airflow

Understanding of healthcare RCM reporting metrics is a plus
