Join our team of problem solvers as we add new chapters to the history of spaceflight!

This role is part of the Blue Origin Engines business unit, where our focus is the design, development, manufacturing, and testing of engines and propulsion systems. In this role, you will partner with product leads, design engineers, and manufacturing engineers to define, refine, and realize opportunities to increase the speed of design, manufacturing, and testing. You will also interface with internal and external support teams to help solve technical and organizational challenges that might hinder our pace. As the owner of projects that span across the BE-3U life cycle, you must enjoy identifying and solving communication and process challenges, earning trust, and improving the overall performance of all teams involved. We are seeking a self-motivated and highly organized individual who can work with minimal direction to successfully execute engineering and manufacturing upgrade activities.
